FAQS


1. Shipping

  • Purchases include free delivery on orders over R950 within South Africa. Cost to ship under this value is R150 a shipment.
  • Lead time to process order is 2-5 working days
  • Purchases are shipped from our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. Deliveries to Johannesburg take 1 working day. Delivery to major cities other than will take 2-3 working days. Deliveries to outlying areas will take 4-5 working days
  • We do deliver internationally. Please email us for more information info@tastefulliving.co.za We will quote your shipping costs based on your order and address.
  • Return shipments can be arranged should you not wish to retain your purchase. Please email us at info@tastefulliving.co.za. The cost to return the item will be deducted from your refunded amount
  • Should you wish to follow up on your order, please email megan-gail@tastefulliving.co.za 

2. Refund or Exchange

  • You may return your purchase for a full refund within 4 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You may exchange you purchase for another product however, a delivery cost will be charged on the new item being sent.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund amount will be your purchase price less the return delivery cost
  • Refunds will be debited back onto your credit card or, if the refund falls in a different month to your purchase, a payment onto your bank via EFT

3. Damaged Goods

  • Please contact us should your purchase arrive damaged.
  • Damages must be reported to us within 1 day of receiving your purchase
  • Please email us at info@tastefulliving.co.za to report damaged goods.
