1. Shipping

  • Purchases include free delivery within South Africa
  • Lead time to process order is 2-5 working days
  • Purchases are shipped from our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. Deliveries to Johannesburg take 1 working day. Delivery to major cities other than will take 2-3 working days. Deliveries to outlying ares will take 4-5 working days
  • We do deliver internationally. Please email us for more information info@tastefulliving.co.za
  • Return shipments can be arranged should you not wish to retain your purchase. Please email us at info@tastefulliving.co.za. The cost to return the item will be deducted from your refunded amount

2. Refund or Exchange

  • You may return your purchase for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You may exchange you purchase for another product however, a delivery cost will be charged on the new item being sent.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund amount will be your purchase price less the return delivery cost
  • Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used for the purchase

3. Damaged Goods

  • Please contact us should your purchase arrive damaged.
  • Damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your purchase
  • Please email us at info@tastefulliving.co.za to report damaged goods.
